Canterbury Hillview is a Joint Venture Project between two established brands in the Real-Estate industry. What makes both Brands unique is their Legacy in Family Business which is established over 3 decades. The Landlord – Mr Leo Quadros is a developer himself with a Land Bank of over 200 acres.The developers – Vishuddh Properties come from a background where their families have completed few hundred acres of land development and 15+ apartments projects in the heart of Bangalore.

Meet the Founders

Leo Quadros

When the Karnataka government announced that the new International Airport was coming up in North Bangalore, Leo was in another country growing another business. Being the visionary that he is, his immediate idea like many others was to acquire land right next to the airport. However, when he realized that he could drive a few KMS away and get more land in a pristine environment he started what today is a 200 Acre land bank at the foot of Nandi Hills.

Vishuddh Properties was founded by two childhood friends Y. A. Venkatesh and S. Divakar. Both their families were in land development business, construction contracts business for over 3+ decades. Founders families have completed few hundred of acres land development, 15+ apartments projects in the heart of Bangalore – Malleswaram, Sanjay Nagar.
